Product Details
- ENHANCED TOUGHNESS & STRENGTH: PLA+ offers improved toughness and impact resistance compared with standard PLA, making it suitable for functional parts, prototypes, tools, decorative models, DIY projects, and other everyday 3D printing applications.
- BEGINNER-FRIENDLY & EASY TO PRINT: PLA+ provides stable extrusion, good layer adhesion, and low warping for a smooth printing experience. Suitable for beginners, hobbyists, makers, and experienced users working on both simple and detailed 3D printing projects.
- ±0.02MM ACCURACY & NEAT WINDING: Consistent 1.75mm diameter with ±0.02mm tolerance and neatly wound spools support stable feeding and extrusion while helping reduce tangling and breakage during everyday and longer printing projects.
- DRIED & VACUUM SEALED: Filament is dried before packaging and vacuum sealed to help reduce moisture exposure during storage. Keep unused filament sealed with desiccant, or dry at 50°C for 6–8 hours when needed before printing.
- WIDE COMPATIBILITY & FLEXIBLE SETTINGS: Compatible with most FDM 3D printers using 1.75mm filament. Recommended settings: 200–230°C nozzle, 55–65°C bed, and 50–300mm/s print speed to support standard and high-speed printing setups.

Printing Epelay PLA Plus
Epelay PLA Plus in Blue runs on the PLA Plus profile below, and this listing is a 4kg spool. PLA Plus is best suited to everyday parts that need a little more toughness than standard PLA, with the same heat limits. Brands and even individual spools vary, so treat these as starting points and run a quick temperature tower to lock in the sweet spot for your printer.
Ranges checked against eSUN and Polymaker data. Heat resistance is the heat deflection temperature (HDT). Read our PLA variants guide for bed adhesion, drying, troubleshooting, and material-specific tips.
Nozzle Compatibility
This is an unfilled plastic, so it is not abrasive: a brass nozzle works and lasts, and so does hardened steel. With hardened steel, print about 5 to 10°C hotter.
Based on Bambu Lab and Prusa guidance. More in our nozzle types guide.
