Product Details
- 【Easy print PP carbon filament】Unlike other PP carbon filament hard to be printed due to warping, Reli3D’s pp carbon fiber filament can be printed easily with most of FDM 3d printers. With Reli3D’s adhesive glue would be better if you want to print big parts.
- 【Improved Dimensional Control】Improved dimensional stability and reduced shrinkage compared to pure PP enable more reliable printing of functional parts.
- 【Chemical & Moisture Resistance】Retains excellent chemical and moisture resistance for use in demanding industrial environments.
- 【High Strength-to-Weight Ratio】Provides a strong strength-to-weight ratio, making it suitable for automotive, tooling, and mechanical applications.
- 【Engineering-Grade Material】Designed for experienced users seeking advanced material performance beyond standard consumer filaments.

Printing Reli3D PP-CF
Reli3D PP-CF in Black is PP filled with chopped carbon fiber, and this listing is a 0.7kg spool. The fibers make parts stiffer and more dimensionally stable than plain PP, but they are abrasive, so a hardened nozzle is mandatory (see nozzle compatibility below). Few makers publish separate PP-CF settings, so the ranges below are for plain PP; expect to print toward the top of them. Brands and even individual spools vary, so treat these as starting points and run a quick temperature tower to lock in the sweet spot for your printer.
Ranges checked against Prusa and Fiberlogy data. Heat resistance is the heat deflection temperature (HDT). Read our PP filament guide for bed adhesion, drying, troubleshooting, and material-specific tips.
Nozzle Compatibility
Carbon fiber is abrasive and wears brass (and stainless) nozzles out of round, sometimes within a single spool. Use hardened steel or another wear resistant nozzle such as ruby or tungsten carbide. With hardened steel, start about 5 to 10°C hotter than you would with brass.
Based on Bambu Lab and Prusa guidance. More in our carbon fiber filament guide and nozzle types guide.
