• 【Rigid & Chemical Stability】Our carbon fiber PP filament uses carbon fiber reinforced polypropylene. Finished prints resist acids, alkalis and common solvents without deformation. With low moisture uptake, printed parts maintain stable performance in humid and corrosive environments. This PP-CF filament suits rigid functional components exposed to chemicals and moisture.
• 【Low Warpage & High Precision】Carbon fiber filler cuts shrinkage compared to unfilled PP. This carbon fiber reinforced polypropylene reduces warpage and improves dimensional accuracy, overcoming a key drawback of standard PP. It produces matte black lightweight prints with higher stiffness, great for engineering prototypes with strict tolerance requirements.
• 【Lightweight Load-Bearing Build】Low density paired with enhanced rigidity supports load-bearing structures such as drone frames, automotive brackets and mechanical supports. It produces sturdy, dimensionally stable 3D prints for long-term functional use. Note: CF-PP offers limited ductility and is not suitable for living hinges or repeated folding structures.
• 【Optimized Print Guidelines】Filament diameter: 1.75mm with ±0.03mm tolerance for steady feeding.Recommended Settings: Nozzle 240–260℃; Heated Bed 75–95℃; Max Print Speed ≤70mm/s. An enclosed printing chamber is strongly recommended. Carbon fiber is abrasive; hardened steel or stainless steel nozzle is highly recommended, standard brass nozzles wear quickly. This filament is incompatible with AMS and AMS Lite systems. Once the vacuum seal is opened, moisture may build up on filament during long-term storage. Pre-dry at 70℃-80℃ for 4 hours for consistent extrusion.
