- PP-CF MATERIAL FOR FUNCTIONAL PARTS – EONO3D PP-CF filament combines polypropylene with carbon fiber reinforcement to create lightweight, rigid 3D printed components. Designed for functional prototypes, brackets, fixtures, housings and other parts where stiffness and reduced weight matter.
- IMPROVED STIFFNESS AND DIMENSIONAL STABILITY– Carbon fiber reinforcement helps improve rigidity and shape retention compared with standard polypropylene filament. The matte black finish is suited to technical-looking prototypes and functional printed parts.
- 1.75MM BLACK FILAMENT, 700G SPOOL – This spool contains 700g (1.54 lb) of black PP-CF filament for FDM 3D printing. Please confirm and add the actual diameter tolerance, such as ±0.03 mm, only if it is supported by your product specification.
- PRINTING GUIDANCE FOR CARBON FIBER FILAMENT – Carbon fiber filled filaments are abrasive. Use a hardened steel or other wear-resistant nozzle to reduce nozzle wear. For best results, follow your verified nozzle temperature, bed preparation, print speed and enclosure recommendations.
- VACUUM-SEALED FOR STORAGE – Each spool is vacuum sealed with desiccant to help protect the filament during storage and transport. State only actual included items in the package; do not claim build plates, glue, or accessories unless they are included.

Printing EONO3D PP-CF
EONO3D PP-CF in Black is PP filled with chopped carbon fiber, and this listing is a 0.7kg spool. The fibers make parts stiffer and more dimensionally stable than plain PP, but they are abrasive, so a hardened nozzle is mandatory (see nozzle compatibility below). Few makers publish separate PP-CF settings, so the ranges below are for plain PP; expect to print toward the top of them. Brands and even individual spools vary, so treat these as starting points and run a quick temperature tower to lock in the sweet spot for your printer.

Nozzle Compatibility
Carbon fiber is abrasive and wears brass (and stainless) nozzles out of round, sometimes within a single spool. Use hardened steel or another wear resistant nozzle such as ruby or tungsten carbide. With hardened steel, start about 5 to 10°C hotter than you would with brass.
