Product Details
- High-Speed Printing: PETG-HF offers a significant increase in print speed, printing approximately three times faster than other products in the PETG series. It supports a maximum print speed of 900 mm/s, delivers excellent overall performance, and is compatible with high-speed mass-production equipment, significantly increasing print capacity. It is ideal for the mass production of batch parts and cosmetic components.
- Balanced Mechanical Properties: It exhibits superior rigidity compared to standard modified PETG, with excellent overall material stiffness; it also features good interlayer adhesion, making printed parts less prone to delamination or cracking. Even at high print speeds, it maintains low warpage, strong interlayer bonding, minimal or no stringing, excellent bridge and overhang performance, and high dimensional accuracy.
- Excellent printability: It inherits the characteristics of PETG material—low warpage, minimal stringing, and excellent bridge and overhang performance—with high dimensional accuracy, and stable results can be achieved using standard settings.
- Outstanding appearance and texture: Printed parts feature a smooth surface, neat layer lines, high dimensional accuracy, and excellent visual appeal.
- 100% Vacuumed Sealed Packaging: Complete drying for 24 hours before packaging, eSUN filament comes in a sealed vacuum bag with a desiccant bag to keep it dry and prevent from dust and foreign particles, avoid nozzle jams and yield smooth 3D models.

Printing eSUN PETG
eSUN PETG in Black runs on the PETG profile below, and this listing is a 1kg spool. PETG is best suited to functional parts that need toughness and the light outdoor or higher-heat use PLA can't handle. Brands and even individual spools vary, so treat these as starting points and run a quick temperature tower to lock in the sweet spot for your printer.
Ranges checked against Bambu Lab, Prusament and Polymaker data. Heat resistance is the heat deflection temperature (HDT). Read our PETG filament guide for bed adhesion, drying, troubleshooting, and material-specific tips.
Nozzle Compatibility
This is an unfilled plastic, so it is not abrasive: a brass nozzle works and lasts, and so does hardened steel. With hardened steel, print about 5 to 10°C hotter.
Based on Bambu Lab and Prusa guidance. More in our nozzle types guide.
