Product Details
- 【High Strength & Impact Resistance】- Formulated with a Nylon 6/66 copolymer, EASY PA offers superior tensile and flexural strength compared to standard PLA or ABS, resulting in exceptionally strong and durable functional parts.
- 【Excellent Toughness & Drop Resistance】- This polyamide filament exhibits outstanding resistance to abrasion, friction, and physical impacts. It is ideal for high-stress, moving components like gears, bearings, and tools that require long-term durability.
- 【Low-Warp & Reliable Dimensional Accuracy】- The advanced copolymer formula significantly reduces shrinkage during cooling, minimizing warping and cracking. This allows for successful printing of large or complex models with reliable dimensional stability.
- 【High-Temperature Resistance】- EPA withstands heat deflection temperatures up to 121°C (250°F), while PA6-CF reaches 209°C (408°F), making them suitable for demanding applications such as electronic enclosures, automotive components, machinery covers, and heat-resistant fixtures.
- 【Extreme Stiffness & Heat Resistance】- SUNLU PA6-CF reinforced nylon filament blends 80% PA nylon with 20% carbon fibers. The result is a significant upgrade in structural rigidity, tensile strength, and heat resistance, while also ensuring outstanding layer adhesion for reliable, durable prints.
- 【Industrial-Grade Durability】PA6-CF ideal for functional prototypes and end-use parts that must endure stress, this material excels in applications requiring high torsional, tensile, and impact strength. Use it to print durable components like gears, brackets, tool housings, fan blades, automotive prototypes, and robust sports equipment.
- 【Precision 1.75mm Diameter】- Features a consistent 1.75mm diameter with a tight tolerance of +/- 0.03mm. This high dimensional accuracy ensures reliable extrusion and broad compatibility with the vast majority of FDM 3D printers on the market.
- 【Universal Spool Compatibility】- The spool is designed for wide compatibility: 203.2mm (8") diameter, 63.5mm (2.5") width, and a 55.88mm (2.2") hub hole. It fits most popular printers, including models from Bambu Lab (H2D, X1, P1 series with AMS), Prusa, Creality, and more.
- 【Factory-Fresh Vacuum Sealing】- Every spool is vacuum-sealed with a desiccant pack inside. This industrial packaging locks out moisture and dust during shipping and storage, guaranteeing that your filament arrives perfectly dry and ready to deliver excellent print quality.

Printing SUNLU Nylon-CF
SUNLU Nylon-CF in Black is Nylon filled with chopped carbon fiber, and this listing is a 2kg spool. The fibers make parts stiffer and more dimensionally stable than plain Nylon, but they are abrasive, so a hardened nozzle is mandatory (see nozzle compatibility below). The ranges below are for Nylon-CF, which usually prints a little hotter than plain Nylon. Nylon-CF is best suited to strong, stiff engineering parts that must also tolerate heat. Brands and even individual spools vary, so treat these as starting points and run a quick temperature tower to lock in the sweet spot for your printer.
Ranges checked against Bambu Lab, Polymaker and Prusament data. Heat resistance is the heat deflection temperature (HDT). Read our carbon fiber filament guide for bed adhesion, drying, troubleshooting, and material-specific tips.
Nozzle Compatibility
Carbon fiber is abrasive and wears brass (and stainless) nozzles out of round, sometimes within a single spool. Use hardened steel or another wear resistant nozzle such as ruby or tungsten carbide. With hardened steel, start about 5 to 10°C hotter than you would with brass.
Based on Bambu Lab and Prusa guidance. More in our carbon fiber filament guide and nozzle types guide.
