Product Details
- Strong Layer Bonding — ABS formulation delivers excellent interlayer adhesion and impact resistance, ideal for functional parts, mechanical components, and durable prototypes
- High-Precision 1.75mm Diameter — Consistent dimensional accuracy of ±0.02mm reduces clogging risk and ensures smooth extrusion on most FDM 3D printers.
- Tangle-Free Smooth Feeding — Carefully wound spool design prevents filament tangling and snapping during long print jobs, minimizing failed prints and material waste
- Heat-Resistant Performance — Finished prints withstand elevated temperatures, the finished product has a maximum melting point of 90℃, offer reliable structural integrity for automotive interior parts and industrial applications
- NOTE — Universal 1.75mm diameter fits Creality, Ender, and most mainstream FDM 3D printers; The nozzle temperature should be set to 220–260℃, the recommended print speed is 40–80 mm/s, and the heated bed temperature should be 90–110℃; We recommend using an enclosed 3D printer for printing these models and ensuring proper ventilation. While the printing process produces a strong odor, it is non-toxic and non-polluting.

Printing Creality ABS
Creality ABS in Black runs on the ABS profile below, and this listing is a 4kg spool. ABS is best suited to durable, heat-resistant parts like enclosures and automotive components printed in a controlled chamber. Brands and even individual spools vary, so treat these as starting points and run a quick temperature tower to lock in the sweet spot for your printer.
Ranges checked against Bambu Lab, Prusa and Polymaker data. Heat resistance is the heat deflection temperature (HDT). Read our ABS & ASA filament guide for bed adhesion, drying, troubleshooting, and material-specific tips.
Nozzle Compatibility
This is an unfilled plastic, so it is not abrasive: a brass nozzle works and lasts, and so does hardened steel. With hardened steel, print about 5 to 10°C hotter.
Based on Bambu Lab and Prusa guidance. More in our nozzle types guide.
