Two-roll sets support repeat work or coordinated project colors, while Black x4 supports higher-volume printing. Check the selected color combination and roll count before purchase.
- High Heat Resistance - With a heat deflection temperature up to 103°C at 0.45 MPa (100°C at 1.8 MPa) and a Vicat softening temperature of 105°C, Polymaker ASA is suited to real-world parts that must stay stable in hot garages, vehicles and outdoor environments.
- Engineered for Strong, Stable Prints – Produce functional parts with excellent stiffness and dimensional stability. Designed to resist bending and deformation, this ASA filament Bundle is well suited for brackets, fixtures, housings, and other components that require reliable strength and a precise fit.
- Printing Settings, Lower-Odor - Polymaker ASA Bundle is often perceived as less smelly than traditional ABS, while still requiring an enclosed printer and good ventilation or filtration. Nozzle Temperature: 240-260˚C; Bed Temperature: 75-95˚C; Printing Speed: 50-200mm/s; dry at 70°C for 7 hours when needed.

Printing Polymaker ASA

Nozzle Compatibility
This is an unfilled plastic, so it is not abrasive: a brass nozzle works and lasts, and so does hardened steel. With hardened steel, print about 5 to 10°C hotter.
