Product Details

  • Carbon Fiber Reinforced PA12: Carbon fiber reinforcement improves rigidity, structural stability and resistance to deformation while maintaining the toughness of PA12 nylon. Suitable for brackets, gears, housings, fixtures and engineering prototypes.
  • Lower Moisture Sensitivity: PA12 absorbs less moisture than many common nylon materials, helping printed parts maintain more stable dimensions in humid working environments. Store the filament dry for consistent extrusion and surface quality.
  • Wear Resistant and Lightweight: The reinforced formulation provides a durable, low-friction surface for gears, rollers, clamps, sliding parts and frequently handled components. Its lightweight structure is also suitable for drone, robotic and automotive projects.
  • Heat Stability and Matte Finish: PA12-CF is designed for functional parts used under elevated temperatures and mechanical loads. Carbon fiber creates a refined matte texture that helps reduce visible layer lines for a clean technical appearance.
  • Recommended Printing Settings: Dry at 80°C for approximately 12 hours before printing. Start with a 260–280°C nozzle, 50–70°C heated bed and 60–150mm/s speed. Use a 0.4mm or larger hardened steel or other wear-resistant nozzle.
