Product Details

  • Carbon Fiber Reinforced PA6 Nylon: Carbon fiber reinforcement improves the rigidity, strength and dimensional stability of PA6 nylon. Designed for functional parts that need to withstand mechanical loads, repeated use and demanding working conditions.
  • Heat Resistant Engineering Material: PA6-CF maintains reliable structural performance at elevated temperatures, making it suitable for motor housings, gears, brackets, jigs, fixtures, drone frames, automotive accessories and workshop components.
  • High Rigidity and Low Deformation: The reinforced formulation helps reduce shrinkage and deformation while improving resistance to bending and long-term loads. Ideal for accurately fitted mechanical parts and load-bearing prototypes.
  • Matte Finish and Reliable Layer Bonding: Carbon fiber creates a refined low-gloss texture that helps reduce visible layer lines. The balanced PA6 formulation supports strong layer adhesion and a clean technical appearance.
  • Drying and Printing Recommendations: Dry at 80°C for approximately 12–24 hours before printing. Start with a 270–290°C nozzle, 50–70°C bed and 50–150mm/s speed. Use an enclosed printer and a 0.4mm or larger wear-resistant nozzle.
