IEMAI PETG-GF Filament 1.75mm, Glass Fiber Reinforced, White 1kg
Product Details
- Glass Fiber Reinforced PETG: Glass fiber reinforcement improves stiffness, dimensional stability and resistance to deformation under continuous load, making the filament suitable for brackets, fixtures, housings, tools and functional prototypes.
- Non-Conductive Material Performance: The PETG and glass fiber formulation provides non-conductive material properties for printed housings, covers, mounting parts and other applications where electrical conductivity is not desired.
- Durable Matte Finish: Added glass fibers create a refined low-gloss surface that helps reduce the appearance of layer lines while maintaining the toughness and layer adhesion needed for frequently handled functional parts.
- Stable Printing with Low Warpage: Controlled 1.75mm filament diameter supports consistent feeding and smooth extrusion. The low-shrinkage PETG base helps reduce warping and improves dimensional accuracy on larger or detailed models.
- Compatibility and Printing Tips: Works with most 1.75mm FDM 3D printers. Start with a 240–270°C nozzle and 65–75°C bed. Use a 0.4mm or larger hardened steel nozzle because glass fiber-filled filament is abrasive. Adjust settings by printer.

Printing IEMAI PETG-GF
IEMAI PETG-GF in White runs on the standard PETG-GF profile below, and this listing is a 1.00kg spool. PETG-GF is best suited to functional parts that need toughness and the light outdoor or higher-heat use PLA can't handle. Brands and even individual spools vary, so treat these as starting points and run a quick temperature tower to lock in the sweet spot for your printer.
