Product Details

  • 20% Carbon Fiber Reinforced PETG: Made with PETG and 20% chopped carbon fiber to improve stiffness, structural strength and load stability. Suitable for brackets, fixtures, housings, mechanical components, tools and functional prototypes.
  • Stable Dimensions and Low Warpage: Consistent 1.75mm diameter with ±0.03mm dimensional accuracy supports smooth extrusion, reliable layer bonding and accurate part fit. The low-shrinkage formulation helps reduce warping on larger or detailed prints.
  • Durable Matte Surface: Carbon fiber reinforcement provides added wear resistance and improved thermal stability while creating a refined matte texture. The low-gloss surface helps reduce the appearance of layer lines on visible and functional components.
  • Compatible with Popular FDM Printers: Designed for most 1.75mm FDM 3D printers, including Bambu Lab X1, P1 and A1 series, Creality Ender and K1 series, Prusa MK3 and MK4, Anycubic Kobra, Elegoo Neptune and Flashforge Adventurer.
  • Recommended Printing Settings: Dry at 60°C for 5–8 hours before printing. Use a 0.4–0.6mm hardened steel or other wear-resistant nozzle. Recommended nozzle temperature is 230–250°C, bed temperature is 60–80°C and print speed is 30–100mm/s. Settings may vary by printer and model.

Printing IEMAI PETG-CF

IEMAI PETG-CF in Black runs on the standard PETG-CF profile below, and this listing is a 1.00kg spool. PETG-CF is best suited to functional parts that need toughness and the light outdoor or higher-heat use PLA can't handle. Brands and even individual spools vary, so treat these as starting points and run a quick temperature tower to lock in the sweet spot for your printer.
