Product Details
- Up to 600mm/s High-Speed Printing – Enhanced fluidity enables rapid melting and smooth extrusion at speeds up to 600mm/s. Print faster without compromising quality, and cut project time by up to 70% compared to standard PETG.
- Excellent Toughness + Easy to Use – Combines PLA’s low warp & odorless printing with ABS’s high strength, impact resistance, and heat resistance. Ideal for functional parts that need to withstand stress, bumps, and everyday use.
- Less Stringing & Smooth Finish – Optimized viscosity and flow rate minimize stringing and surface defects, delivering clean prints with excellent layer adhesion and a smooth, glossy finish. Requires little to no post‑processing.
- Recommended Print Settings – 1.75mm diameter, tolerance ±0.03mm, 1kg net weight. Print temp: 235–265°C, bed temp: 70–85°C, speed: 30–600mm/s (optimal 150–300mm/s). Works flawlessly on both standard and high‑speed 3D printers.
- Tangle‑Free & Ready to Use – Precision mechanical winding + manual secondary inspection + three pre‑shipment checks ensure smooth, clog‑free feeding. Vacuum‑sealed with desiccant for out‑of‑the‑box reliability – no pre‑drying needed.

Printing TRONXY PETG
TRONXY PETG in Black runs on the PETG profile below, and this listing is a 1kg spool. PETG is best suited to functional parts that need toughness and the light outdoor or higher-heat use PLA can't handle. Brands and even individual spools vary, so treat these as starting points and run a quick temperature tower to lock in the sweet spot for your printer.
Ranges checked against Bambu Lab, Prusament and Polymaker data. Heat resistance is the heat deflection temperature (HDT). Read our PETG filament guide for bed adhesion, drying, troubleshooting, and material-specific tips.
Nozzle Compatibility
This is an unfilled plastic, so it is not abrasive: a brass nozzle works and lasts, and so does hardened steel. With hardened steel, print about 5 to 10°C hotter.
Based on Bambu Lab and Prusa guidance. More in our nozzle types guide.
