Product Details
- 【Insulation Properties】 PP-GF filaments possess excellent electrical insulation properties, ensuring safe and reliable use in housings, insulators, and other components requiring continuous insulation protection.
- 【Excellent Chemical Resistance and Moisture Absorption】Glass fiber reinforced Polypropylene filaments exhibit excellent resistance to strong acids, fuels, and industrial cleaning agents. PP GF has very low moisture absorption, ensuring dimensional and performance stability in humid environments.
- 【High Rigidity and Excellent Impact Resistance】CHCKX matte black pp gf filaments contain 10% glass fiber reinforcement, significantly improving rigidity and impact resistance compared to ordinary PP.
- 【Professional Tips and Printing Settings】Tips: ① Dry at 60°C for 5-8 hours before use; ② Use a 0.4-0.6mm hardened steel or tungsten carbide nozzle; ③ Keep the container humidity below 20% RH during printing (seal and place with desiccant). ④ Nozzle temperature 220-250°C, heated bed temperature 85-100°C, speed 30-200 mm/s
- 【Superior Print Quality】This 1.75mm glass fiber pp offers reliable dimensional stability with a diameter accuracy of ±0.03mm, ensuring smooth extrusion and uniform interlayer adhesion.

Printing CHCKX PP-GF
CHCKX PP-GF in Matte Black is PP filled with chopped glass fiber, and this listing is a 1kg spool. The fibers make parts stiffer and more dimensionally stable than plain PP, but they are abrasive, so a hardened nozzle is mandatory (see nozzle compatibility below). Few makers publish separate PP-GF settings, so the ranges below are for plain PP; expect to print toward the top of them. Brands and even individual spools vary, so treat these as starting points and run a quick temperature tower to lock in the sweet spot for your printer.
Ranges checked against Prusa and Fiberlogy data. Heat resistance is the heat deflection temperature (HDT). Read our PP filament guide for bed adhesion, drying, troubleshooting, and material-specific tips.
Nozzle Compatibility
Glass fiber is abrasive and wears brass (and stainless) nozzles out of round, sometimes within a single spool. Use hardened steel or another wear resistant nozzle such as ruby or tungsten carbide. With hardened steel, start about 5 to 10°C hotter than you would with brass.
Based on Bambu Lab and Prusa guidance. More in our glass fiber filament guide and nozzle types guide.
