Product Details

  • 【Superior Strength & Heat Resistance】Inslogic PA6-CF Carbon Fiber Nylon Filament delivers exceptional strength and maintains stability at 209°C, perfect for high-stress, high-temperature functional parts like automotive brackets, drone frames, and engineering prototypes.
  • 【Metal-like Performance, Extreme Lightweight】With 20% short carbon fiber reinforcement, our PA6-CF Filament offers strength and rigidity comparable to metal but at a fraction of the weight. Ideal for lightweight designs in aerospace models, high-performance bicycle components, and robotics.
  • 【Outstanding Impact Resistance & Toughness】This Carbon Fiber Nylon Filament features excellent layer adhesion and high impact resistance, producing durable parts that resist breaking or warping—perfect for functional gears, tooling jigs, skateboard components, and end-use products.
  • 【Ready-to-Print & Vacuum-Sealed】Every spool of Inslogic PA6-CF filament is pre-dried and 100% vacuum-sealed with desiccant. This ensures optimal printability right out of the package by preventing moisture absorption, guaranteeing consistent, high-quality results.
  • 【Recommended Print Settings】 For the best PA6-CF printing performance, dry the filament at 80-110°C for 4-6 hours before use. Print with a hardened steel nozzle at 270-290°C, set the build plate to 50-70°C, and keep the printing speed at 50-100 mm/s. For improved part stability and performance, anneal printed parts at 90°C for 12 hours, 110°C for 6 hours, or 130°C for 3 hours.
  • 【Broad Compatibility & Eco-Conscious Design】The innovative detachable spool is reusable and compatible with Bambu Lab, Creality, Snapmaker and other major 3D printers. Our eco-friendly approach supports hassle-free printing and sustainability.

Printing YOOPAI Nylon-CF

YOOPAI Nylon-CF in Black is Nylon filled with chopped carbon fiber, and this listing is a 0.5kg spool. The fibers make parts stiffer and more dimensionally stable than plain Nylon, but they are abrasive, so a hardened nozzle is mandatory (see nozzle compatibility below). The ranges below are for Nylon-CF, which usually prints a little hotter than plain Nylon. Nylon-CF is best suited to strong, stiff engineering parts that must also tolerate heat. Brands and even individual spools vary, so treat these as starting points and run a quick temperature tower to lock in the sweet spot for your printer.

Ranges checked against Bambu Lab, Polymaker and Prusament data. Heat resistance is the heat deflection temperature (HDT). Read our carbon fiber filament guide for bed adhesion, drying, troubleshooting, and material-specific tips.

Nozzle Compatibility

Carbon fiber is abrasive and wears brass (and stainless) nozzles out of round, sometimes within a single spool. Use hardened steel or another wear resistant nozzle such as ruby or tungsten carbide. With hardened steel, start about 5 to 10°C hotter than you would with brass.

Nozzle type
Hardened steel
0.2 mm
Cannot use
Fibers clog it.
0.4 mm
Can use
Standard only, not high flow.
0.6 mm
Can use
Fewer clogs and less wear.
0.8 mm
Can use
Large, fast parts.
