- 【Nozzle Diameter Instruction】Due to the adding of wood fibers, 0.4mm or larger nozzle diameter is recommended to ensure smooth flow and prevent clogging (Avoid 0.2mm nozzles). Please disable the function of "decreasing printing speed" in your slicer for better results.
- 【Drying Before Use】Wood Fiber added PLA is more likely to absorbing moisture than standard PLA. To prevent stringing or popping sounds and to ensure layer adhesion, we highly recommend drying the filament at 60°C for at least 8 hours before printing. Note: Slight color variations may occur depending on moisture levels, which is a normal phenomenon.
- 【Printing Requirement】As PLA is heat-sensitive, please avoid printing in a fully enclosed chamber or high-temperature environments (>32°C). It is recommended to keep the printer door open or remove the top cover to prevent heat creep and clogging at the extruder gear.
