Product Details
- 【Elegant Matte Finish that Hides Layer Lines】NextShapes filament produces a smooth, uniform surface that effectively conceals the visual appearance of layer lines, resulting in exceptionally refined model quality and eliminating the need for post-processing.
- 【High Speed Printing】Maximize Your Printing Efficiency. Our High-Flow (HF) formulation is engineered for rapid printing without compromising layer adhesion, significantly cutting down your model production time.
- 【Toughness-Enhanced PETG】NextShapes high-toughness filament offers exceptional resistance to impact, pressure, and mechanical stress. It absorbs energy upon impact, preventing cracks and fractures, making it the perfect choice for printing durable models, functional prototypes, tools, and parts that require high drop-resistance.
- 【Low Warping, High Stability】Low shrinkage and stable printing dimensions ensure excellent bonding between layers, resulting in superior bridging performance on overhangs.
- 【For Most 3D Printers & Printing Note】Designed for broad compatibility, our product works excellently with most common FDM 3D printers. Get great results right out of the box with minimal tweaking to your standard settings. Printing Note: Drying is required before use. Use a forced-air oven at 65°C for 8 hours. Printing NextShapes PETG
NextShapes PETG in Matte White runs on the PETG profile below, and this listing is a 1kg spool. PETG is best suited to functional parts that need toughness and the light outdoor or higher-heat use PLA can't handle. Brands and even individual spools vary, so treat these as starting points and run a quick temperature tower to lock in the sweet spot for your printer.
Ranges checked against Bambu Lab, Prusament and Polymaker data. Heat resistance is the heat deflection temperature (HDT). Read our PETG filament guide for bed adhesion, drying, troubleshooting, and material-specific tips.
Nozzle Compatibility
This is an unfilled plastic, so it is not abrasive: a brass nozzle works and lasts, and so does hardened steel. With hardened steel, print about 5 to 10°C hotter.
Based on Bambu Lab and Prusa guidance. More in our nozzle types guide.
