• ERYONE PPS CF: This is a carbon fiber reinforced PPS 3D printing filament, with 10% carbon fiber added to enhance strength, rigidity, and heat resistance, supporting high-speed printing at 250mm/s.
• Extremely High Heat Resistance: This material has a heat deflection temperature of 238°C under 0.45MPa, with a matte and delicate surface, flame retardancy, and excellent chemical stability. It is recommended to print in an enclosed environment and turn off the first layer fan.
• Wide Application: With low water absorption, it is widely used in high-strength tooling fixtures, automotive parts, aerospace components, and electronic enclosures, among other demanding applications.
• Less Tangling and Easy to use: fully mechanical winding and rigorous manual inspection ensure that the filament is neat and easy to feed; a larger spool core diameter design allows for smoother supply.
• High-Temperature Printing Requirements: Print at 285℃-320℃ using a printer, Bed temperature: 100-120℃. supports open printing, and the sealing effect is better if it is sealed.Reduce printing speed if layer adhesion is insufficient.
