SPOOLHAUS PCTG Glow Filament 1kg

SPOOLHAUS PCTG Glow 1kg comes in 2 colors across 2 listings from Amazon. Each card below is one color at its lowest current price per kg, cheapest color first; other listings of the same color sit under it. Prices are checked every 4 hours and normalized to a true cost per kilogram. Glow in the dark filaments contain phosphorescent pigment that charges in light. The pigment is abrasive, so makers such as Bambu Lab and Polymaker require a hardened nozzle.

Printing SPOOLHAUS PCTG Glow 1kg

SPOOLHAUS PCTG Glow 1kg prints on the PCTG profile below. PCTG is best suited to tough, clear functional parts that need more impact resistance than PETG. Brands and even individual spools vary, so treat these as starting points and run a quick temperature tower to lock in the sweet spot for your printer.

Nozzle temp
250-270°C
Bed
70-90°C
Enclosure
Not needed (helps with large parts)
Drying
60-70°C, 4-8h
Heat resistance
~75°C
Difficulty
Intermediate

Ranges checked against Fiberlogy, 3D-Fuel and Essentium data. Heat resistance is the heat deflection temperature (HDT). Read our PCTG filament guide for bed adhesion, drying, troubleshooting, and material-specific tips.

Nozzle Compatibility

SPOOLHAUS PCTG Glow 1kg is glow-in-the-dark filament. The phosphorescent pigment that makes it glow is hard and wears brass nozzles quickly, even though the filament looks like ordinary plastic. Use hardened steel or another wear resistant nozzle, starting about 5 to 10°C hotter than with brass.
