Product Details
- Outstanding Mechanical Properties: The ELEGOO PETG-CF 3D printer filament is blended with PETG and carbon fibers to add extra strength, ideal for printing functional parts and outdoor items.
- High Impact Strength: Compared to other carbon fiber 3D printing materials, this filament has higher toughness and high impact resistance, which is not easy to fracture under external stress.
- Abrasion Resistance And Dimensional Accuracy: The PETG-CF filament performs well in abrasion resistance and dimensional stability, suitable for making gears, bearings and structural parts that demand durability and precise fit.
- Premium Print Surface: The carbon fiber component brings a distinct fine matte texture, which reduces visible layer lines to deliver refined professional finish for both functional and aesthetic parts.
- Compatibility And Usage Tips: It is universally compatible with most common 1.75mm FDM 3D printers. We recommend using hardened steel nozzle no less than 0.4mm, print at 240-270°C with 65-75°C hotbed.

Printing ELEGOO PLA
ELEGOO PLA in Silk Copper runs on the PLA profile below, and this listing is a 2kg spool. PLA is best suited to everyday prototypes, models, and indoor parts that won't face heat or heavy stress. Brands and even individual spools vary, so treat these as starting points and run a quick temperature tower to lock in the sweet spot for your printer.
Ranges checked against Bambu Lab, Prusament and Polymaker data. Heat resistance is the heat deflection temperature (HDT). Read our PLA filament guide for bed adhesion, drying, troubleshooting, and material-specific tips.
Nozzle Compatibility
This is an unfilled plastic, so it is not abrasive: a brass nozzle works and lasts, and so does hardened steel. With hardened steel, print about 5 to 10°C hotter.
Based on Bambu Lab and Prusa guidance. More in our nozzle types guide.
