Product Details
- 15% Carbon Fiber Comntent: Official Creality PPA-CF 3d printer filament incorporates 15% chopped carbon fibers using Smart Fiber fiber-reinforced technology to create a robust internal structure. This enhancement further elevates PPA's already impressive properties, resulting in exceptional mechanical strength, heat resistance, and reduced warping.
- Mechanical Strength: Official PPA-CF filament has quasi-metallic strength properties, 48% stronger than ordinary PA6-CF filament, excellent warping resistance, no warping or deformation problems when printing large-sized parts, and can meet the needs of high-performance engineering.
- Temperature Resistance: excellent heat resistance, can maintain structural integrity and performance at 220°C for a long time, suitable for extreme high temperature parts.
- Moisture Stability: Printed models can be used stably in humid or even underwater environments. Printed models can be used stably in humid environments or even underwater for a long period of time, and can maintain their stiffness and thermal properties for a long time.

Nozzle Compatibility
Carbon fiber is abrasive and wears brass (and stainless) nozzles out of round, sometimes within a single spool. Use hardened steel or another wear resistant nozzle such as ruby or tungsten carbide. With hardened steel, start about 5 to 10°C hotter than you would with brass.
Based on Bambu Lab and Prusa guidance. More in our carbon fiber filament guide and nozzle types guide.
