Product Details
- HIGH-SPEED PETG FILAMENT UP TO 600MM/S: Speed up rapid prototyping and everyday 3D printing with Inslogic PETG Pro, supporting print speeds of up to 600mm/s. Match nozzle temperature to printing speed for more consistent extrusion: 230–240°C at 50–100mm/s, 240–255°C at 100–300mm/s, and 255–270°C at 300–600mm/s.
- REFINED MATTE FINISH: Give functional components and display models a more understated appearance. Compared with conventional glossy PETG, the refined matte surface helps reduce surface glare without relying on a high-gloss finish. The final appearance varies with lighting, model geometry, and print settings.
- RIGID, TOUGH & IMPACT RESISTANT: Built for practical parts that need both rigidity and impact resistance, Inslogic PETG Pro combines a tensile strength of 50 MPa, flexural strength of 81.9 MPa, and elongation at break of 34.53%. Use it for functional prototypes, equipment housings, fixtures, and parts that must withstand everyday mechanical stress.
- CHEMICAL RESISTANCE FOR FUNCTIONAL APPLICATIONS: PETG Pro offers resistance to selected chemicals, including acids, petroleum-based substances, esters, and alcohols. This property can be useful for functional prototypes, equipment components, and workshop fixtures exposed to certain chemicals. Check the specific chemical, concentration, exposure time, and operating temperature before selecting the material for demanding environments.
- LOW WARPING & STRONG LAYER ADHESION: Formulated to support strong bonding between printed layers while minimizing warping during printing. These characteristics help when producing larger models, assembled components, and functional prototypes where layer integrity and shape retention matter. Results depend on printer calibration, build-plate preparation, and print settings.
- LOW SHRINKAGE & DIMENSIONAL PRECISION: With a reported shrinkage range of 0.1–0.5% and a filament diameter tolerance of ±0.02mm, Inslogic PETG Pro supports more predictable dimensions and fit during prototyping. It is suitable for fit-testing models, assembly checks, and parts that need consistent geometry. Actual part dimensions also depend on model design and printer calibration.
- PRE-DRIED FILAMENT & MOISTURE PROTECTION: Supplied in vacuum-sealed packaging with desiccant to help protect the filament from moisture during storage. If moisture-related printing issues occur after opening, dry the filament at 50°C for 4 hours. Reseal unused filament after printing to help maintain its condition.
- OPTIMIZED SPOOL WINDING & CONSISTENT FEEDING: Carefully wound filament supports orderly unwinding throughout the print, while the controlled 1.75mm diameter helps promote consistent material delivery. For best results, check the spool path, feeding system, and printer setup before long or high-speed prints.
- WIDE FDM PRINTER COMPATIBILITY: The 1.75mm PETG Pro filament is designed for compatible FDM 3D printers. It can also be used with supported automatic material systems when spool dimensions and feeding requirements are suitable. Select a compatible PETG profile and verify printer-specific requirements before use.
- RECOMMENDED PRINT SETTINGS & VERSATILE USE: Use a 0.2mm, 0.4mm, or 0.6mm nozzle, a bed temperature of 70–80°C, and a cooling fan speed of 100%. Recommended build surfaces include Smooth PEI Sheets and High Temperature Plates. From rapid prototypes and fit-testing models to functional components, manufacturing aids, and product housings, Inslogic PETG Pro supports projects that combine mechanical performance with a refined surface finish. Package contents vary by selected option.

Printing Inslogic PETG
Inslogic PETG in Matte Orange runs on the PETG profile below, and this listing is a 1kg spool. PETG is best suited to functional parts that need toughness and the light outdoor or higher-heat use PLA can't handle. Brands and even individual spools vary, so treat these as starting points and run a quick temperature tower to lock in the sweet spot for your printer.
Ranges checked against Bambu Lab, Prusament and Polymaker data. Heat resistance is the heat deflection temperature (HDT). Read our PETG filament guide for bed adhesion, drying, troubleshooting, and material-specific tips.
Nozzle Compatibility
This is an unfilled plastic, so it is not abrasive: a brass nozzle works and lasts, and so does hardened steel. With hardened steel, print about 5 to 10°C hotter.
Based on Bambu Lab and Prusa guidance. More in our nozzle types guide.
