Product Details
- Glass Fiber Reinforced PEEK: Combines PEEK’s heat resistance with enhanced strength, modulus, and heat deflection temperature for demanding applications.
- Excellent Heat Resistance: HDT of 200°C, long-term use up to 280°C, and instantaneous use up to 320°C for high-temperature parts.
- Strength-to-Weight Ratio: Strength comparable to industrial pure aluminum, yet specific less than half, enabling lightweight metal replacement.
- Low Warpage devise: Reduced warpage compared to pure PEEK filament, ensuring easier printing and better dimensional stability.
- Recommended Printing environments: Extruder 400-450°C, hot bed 120-150°C, chamber 80-140°C for optimal layer adhesion and surface .

Nozzle Compatibility
Glass fiber is abrasive and wears brass (and stainless) nozzles out of round, sometimes within a single spool. Use hardened steel or another wear resistant nozzle such as ruby or tungsten carbide. With hardened steel, start about 5 to 10°C hotter than you would with brass.
Based on Bambu Lab and Prusa guidance. More in our glass fiber filament guide and nozzle types guide.
