Product Details

  • ECO-FRIENDLY CARBON FIBER PLA FILAMENT - AICOPYTO PLA-CF filament contains 15% premium carbon fiber, giving your prints serious structural muscle. Parts stay rigid under load, resist deformation better than standard PLA, and handle real-world impacts without cracking. Perfect for functional parts like drone frames, jigs, brackets, and mechanical components
  • HIGH ACCURACY & NO TANGLES - Carbon fiber 3d printer filament is 1.75mm in diameter, accuracy +/- 0.02mm, ensuring silky-smooth feeding and flawless layer-to-layer adhesion. Our automatic winding process eliminates cross-overs and tangles, so you can hit "print" and walk away—even on marathon 20-hour jobs—without worrying about filament snaps or jams
  • LOW WARPING & MATTE TEXTURE - PLA-CF maintains PLA's low shrinkage and warping, ensuring better dimensional stability during printing. Carbon fiber infusion naturally reduces visible layer lines, delivering a sophisticated sandblasted texture straight off the bed. Ideal for printing display pieces such as figurines, architectural, and mechanical prototypes
  • EASY TO PRINT & WIDE COMPATIBILITY - Beginner friendly carbon fiber pla is optimized for desktop 3D printers. Experience smooth and seamless printing experience. For best results, it’s recommended to print it with harden steel nozzle (0.4mm or larger). PLA-CF works flawlessly with most FFF 3D printers including open-frame and enclosed models
  • NO PRE DRYING, JUST GO - Each 1kg (2.2lbs) spool is thoroughly pre-dried, vacuum-sealed with desiccant to effectively prevent bubbles and clogs. No pre-drying needed, just tear open the bag, load it up, and enjoy consistent extrusion from the very first layer to the very last. NOTE: If the filament is not used up at once, please store it in a cool, dry place or in a sealable bag to maintain its moisture-proof properties

Printing AICOPYTO PLA-CF

AICOPYTO PLA-CF in Matte Brown is PLA filled with chopped carbon fiber, and this listing is a 1kg spool. The fibers make parts stiffer and more dimensionally stable than plain PLA, but they are abrasive, so a hardened nozzle is mandatory (see nozzle compatibility below). The ranges below are for PLA-CF, which usually prints a little hotter than plain PLA. PLA-CF is best suited to stiff, matte display pieces, desk and camera accessories, and light-duty brackets that never see heat. Brands and even individual spools vary, so treat these as starting points and run a quick temperature tower to lock in the sweet spot for your printer.

Ranges checked against Bambu Lab and Polymaker data. Heat resistance is the heat deflection temperature (HDT). Read our carbon fiber filament guide for bed adhesion, drying, troubleshooting, and material-specific tips.

Nozzle Compatibility

Carbon fiber is abrasive and wears brass (and stainless) nozzles out of round, sometimes within a single spool. Use hardened steel or another wear resistant nozzle such as ruby or tungsten carbide. With hardened steel, start about 5 to 10°C hotter than you would with brass.
