Product Details
- 【Printing Tips】1. Nozzle Temperature: 280–290°C; Build Plate Temperature: 90–110°C; Printing Speed: < 200 mm/s. 2. An enclosed printer and a wear-resistant hardened steel nozzle are recommended (0.6 mm preferred). 3. Dry at 80°C for at least 8 hours before use. Keep humidity below 20% RH with a sealed container and desiccant. 4. For better layer adhesion, maintain a stable chamber temperature and minimize cooling.
- 【High Strength & Rigidity】 Reinforced with 20% glass fiber, FOXTRUDER PA6-GF offers enhanced stiffness, strength, and dimensional stability, making it suitable for brackets, housings, jigs, fixtures, and load-bearing components.
- 【Heat-Resistant Performance】 Designed for demanding environments, FOXTRUDER PA6-GF helps maintain reliable mechanical performance at elevated temperatures, making it suitable for automotive parts, industrial components, and engineering applications.
- 【Impact & Durability】 Combining the toughness of nylon with glass fiber reinforcement, FOXTRUDER PA6-GF is designed to withstand impacts, vibration, and repeated mechanical stress for durable functional parts.
- 【Versatile Engineering Applications】 Ideal for functional prototypes, mounting fixtures, mechanical parts, and durable end-use components, FOXTRUDER PA6-GF supports a wide range of engineering projects.

Printing FOXTRUDER Nylon-GF
FOXTRUDER Nylon-GF in Black is Nylon filled with chopped glass fiber, and this listing is a 1kg spool. The fibers make parts stiffer and more dimensionally stable than plain Nylon, but they are abrasive, so a hardened nozzle is mandatory (see nozzle compatibility below). The ranges below are for Nylon-GF, which usually prints a little hotter than plain Nylon. Nylon-GF is best suited to stiff, heat-tolerant parts that need to hold up to impact. Brands and even individual spools vary, so treat these as starting points and run a quick temperature tower to lock in the sweet spot for your printer.
Ranges checked against Bambu Lab data. Heat resistance is the heat deflection temperature (HDT). Read our glass fiber filament guide for bed adhesion, drying, troubleshooting, and material-specific tips.
Nozzle Compatibility
Glass fiber is abrasive and wears brass (and stainless) nozzles out of round, sometimes within a single spool. Use hardened steel or another wear resistant nozzle such as ruby or tungsten carbide. With hardened steel, start about 5 to 10°C hotter than you would with brass.
Based on Bambu Lab and Prusa guidance. More in our glass fiber filament guide and nozzle types guide.
