Product Details
- [HIGH TOUGHNESS & STRONG LAYER ADHESION] KOSEN PETG filament combines mechanical strength, impact resistance, and strong interlayer bonding to help printed parts resist cracking and deformation during everyday use. Ideal for functional components, brackets, tools, containers, prototypes, and frequently handled models.
- [WEATHER & MOISTURE RESISTANCE] PETG offers reliable resistance to moisture and changing environmental conditions, making it suitable for both indoor projects and outdoor applications. A practical material choice for garden accessories, protective parts, storage solutions, and other projects requiring greater durability than standard PLA.
- [SMOOTH, STABLE PRINTING] Designed for consistent melt flow, dependable first-layer adhesion, and low shrinkage, KOSEN PETG supports stable printing with less warping. When properly tuned, it produces clean surfaces, accurate details, and reliable results across decorative models and functional parts.
- [VIBRANT COLOR & GLOSSY FINISH] High color saturation, a naturally glossy surface, and subtle translucency give printed models a bright, premium appearance. The vivid finish works well for display pieces, lighting projects, decorative objects, containers, and creative designs.
- [PRECISE 1.75MM & NEATLY WOUND] Manufactured with a consistent 1.75 +/- 0.02mm diameter and neatly wound to support smooth feeding and steady extrusion. Each 1kg (2.2 lb) spool is compatible with most 1.75mm FDM 3D printers for dependable printing from the first layer to the finished model.

Printing KOSEN PETG
KOSEN PETG in Blue runs on the PETG profile below, and this listing is a 1kg spool. PETG is best suited to functional parts that need toughness and the light outdoor or higher-heat use PLA can't handle. Brands and even individual spools vary, so treat these as starting points and run a quick temperature tower to lock in the sweet spot for your printer.
Ranges checked against Bambu Lab, Prusament and Polymaker data. Heat resistance is the heat deflection temperature (HDT). Read our PETG filament guide for bed adhesion, drying, troubleshooting, and material-specific tips.
Nozzle Compatibility
This is an unfilled plastic, so it is not abrasive: a brass nozzle works and lasts, and so does hardened steel. With hardened steel, print about 5 to 10°C hotter.
Based on Bambu Lab and Prusa guidance. More in our nozzle types guide.
