Do not heat over 100°C, or the spool will warp and get damaged. This filament is incompatible with ACE Pro / ACE 2 Pro multi-color systems; it may snap inside the machine and ruin prints. Post-print annealing: Bake finished parts in a convection oven at 80–100°C for 6–12 hours to greatly boost strength and rigidity. Note annealing outcomes differ based on part shape, size and heating settings, and warping might occur on some models.

Nozzle Compatibility

Carbon fiber is abrasive and wears brass (and stainless) nozzles out of round, sometimes within a single spool. Use hardened steel or another wear resistant nozzle such as ruby or tungsten carbide. With hardened steel, start about 5 to 10°C hotter than you would with brass.
