  • Heat and Chemical Resistance: ASA-CF maintains reliable mechanical performance in demanding environments and provides resistance to heat and common chemicals, making it suitable for workshop, industrial and exterior-use components.
  • Stable Dimensions and Matte Finish: Consistent 1.75mm filament diameter supports steady feeding and reliable extrusion. The carbon fiber texture creates a refined matte surface that helps reduce the visibility of layer lines on finished parts.
  • Recommended Printing Settings: Start with a 240–270°C nozzle, 80–100°C heated bed and 30–100mm/s print speed. Use an enclosed printer and a 0.4mm or larger hardened steel nozzle. Dry at 70–80°C for 8–12 hours before printing.
