Product Details

  • Glass Fiber Reinforced ASA: Glass fiber reinforcement improves rigidity, structural strength and resistance to deformation compared with standard ASA. Suitable for brackets, fixtures, housings, tools and engineering prototypes.
  • Weather and UV Resistant: The ASA base is designed to maintain reliable performance under sunlight and changing outdoor conditions, making it suitable for exterior enclosures, equipment covers, signs, mounts and garden components.
  • Heat and Impact Performance: ASA-GF combines thermal stability with a rigid reinforced structure for functional parts used in demanding environments. Ideal for automotive accessories, workshop components and impact-prone applications.
  • Stable Dimensions and Reduced Warping: Glass fiber reinforcement helps control shrinkage and improve dimensional stability during printing. The low-gloss surface also helps reduce the visibility of layer lines for a clean, technical finish.
  • Recommended Printing Settings: Start with a 250–270°C nozzle, 90–110°C heated bed and an enclosed printer. Use a 0.4mm or larger hardened steel nozzle because glass fiber filament is abrasive. Dry before printing and adjust settings by printer.
