Product Details
- Exceptional Chemical & Thermal Stability - Creality Hyper PETG-CF offers excellent resistance to solvents, oils, and acids, and can withstand service temperatures of up to 70°C. It ensures reliable performance in demanding environments and extends the lifespan of printed parts
- Enhanced Strength & Heat Resistance - Reinforced with 8% short carbon fibers, CF PETG filament is structurally engineered to deliver over 40% higher tensile strength compared to standard PETG, along with a heat deflection temperature of up to 70°C—all while maintaining PETG’s inherent toughness. Your prints gain lasting durability for functional applications
- High Stiffness & Dimensional Accuracy - Ideal for precision industrial components, PETG filament provides outstanding structural rigidity and minimal warping. It produces parts with excellent surface quality and tight dimensional tolerances, suitable for frames, drone parts, custom tools, and high-stress automotive components
- Superior Wear Resistance & Long-Term Reliability - Creality Filament is engineered for functional parts that require precise assembly and enduring performance. It performs reliably in high-wear applications such as gears, bushings, and durable connectors under continuous load
- Wide Compatibility & Easy Printing - 1.75 mm cf petg filament compatible with most 1.75 mm FDM 3D printers. For best results, a wear-resistant hardened steel nozzle (≥ 0.4 mm) is recommended. Optimal print settings: nozzle temperature 240–270°C, heated bed 65–75°C

Printing Creality PETG-CF
Creality PETG-CF in Green is PETG filled with chopped carbon fiber, and this listing is a 1kg spool. The fibers make parts stiffer and more dimensionally stable than plain PETG, but they are abrasive, so a hardened nozzle is mandatory (see nozzle compatibility below). The ranges below are for PETG-CF, which usually prints a little hotter than plain PETG. PETG-CF is best suited to stiff functional parts such as jigs, fixtures and brackets that need PETG's chemical resistance. Brands and even individual spools vary, so treat these as starting points and run a quick temperature tower to lock in the sweet spot for your printer.
Ranges checked against Bambu Lab, Prusament and Polymaker data. Heat resistance is the heat deflection temperature (HDT). Read our carbon fiber filament guide for bed adhesion, drying, troubleshooting, and material-specific tips.
Nozzle Compatibility
Carbon fiber is abrasive and wears brass (and stainless) nozzles out of round, sometimes within a single spool. Use hardened steel or another wear resistant nozzle such as ruby or tungsten carbide. With hardened steel, start about 5 to 10°C hotter than you would with brass.
Based on Bambu Lab and Prusa guidance. More in our carbon fiber filament guide and nozzle types guide.
