Product Details

  • 【25% Glass Fiber Reinforced PA6】 Engineered with 25% glass fiber filled PA6 (Nylon 6) matrix, Inslogic PA6-GF25 delivers industrial-grade rigidity, strength and dimensional stability that far outperforms standard nylon, PLA and PETG for demanding load-bearing applications.
  • 【210°C Native Heat Deflection Temperature】 Tested to ISO 75 standards, this glass fiber nylon filament achieves a native 210°C HDT at 0.45 MPa with no post-annealing required. It maintains full structural integrity in continuous high-heat environments, ideal for under-hood automotive and high-temperature industrial parts.
  • 【Benchmark Mechanical Performance】 Verified by international ISO standard tests: 125 MPa tensile strength (ISO 527/2), 190 MPa flexural strength, 16596 MPa flexural modulus (ISO 178), and 9.4 KJ/m² notched Izod impact strength (ISO 180). Balanced with 17% elongation at break for toughness without brittleness.
  • 【Factory Pre-Dried & Ready to Print】 Every spool is pre-dried at 110°C for 4 hours per official TDS specifications before packaging. This eliminates the need for pre-print drying, and solves common nylon pain points: moisture absorption, bubbling, stringing and weak layer adhesion. Start printing straight out of the box with no extra drying equipment.
  • 【1KG Full Spool for Uninterrupted Production】 Comes as a full 1-kilogram spool to reduce frequent spool changes during long-running prints and production runs. It improves workflow efficiency and eliminates mid-print filament swaps, ideal for engineering teams, workshops and high-volume 3D printing operations.
  • 【±0.03mm Precision Diameter Tolerance】 Manufactured with strict in-line quality control, this 1.75mm 3D printer filament features a tight diameter tolerance of ±0.03 mm. It ensures consistent smooth extrusion, reduces nozzle clogging risks common with glass fiber materials, and delivers uniform print quality across every layer.
  • 【Low Warping & Excellent Dimensional Stability】 The 25% glass fiber formulation significantly reduces shrinkage and warping compared to plain unfilled nylon filaments. It delivers outstanding dimensional accuracy and consistency, producing precision parts with tight tolerances directly on PEI build plates without extra adhesive or glue.
  • 【Superior Layer Adhesion & Durability】 Formulated for strong inter-layer bonding, Inslogic PA6-GF25 filament produces crack-resistant parts with long-term durability. It resists impact and repeated stress, making it perfect for functional parts, tooling jigs, fixtures and mechanical components that withstand real-world wear.
  • 【Broad Compatibility with FDM Printers】 Works perfectly with hardened steel nozzles (0.4mm / 0.6mm recommended) at 270–290°C nozzle temperature, 50–70°C heated bed, and 50–120 mm/s print speed. Compatible with all mainstream FDM 3D printers including Voron, Bambu Lab, Prusa MK4 and most automated feeding systems.
  • 【Vacuum Sealed & Premium Quality Guarantee】 Each spool is neatly wound to prevent tangling and jamming, and individually vacuum sealed with desiccant to lock in dryness during storage and transportation. We guarantee a full 1kg net weight per spool, and provide comprehensive technical support and responsive after-sales service for all customers.

Printing Inslogic Nylon-GF

Inslogic Nylon-GF in Black is Nylon filled with chopped glass fiber, and this listing is a 1kg spool. The fibers make parts stiffer and more dimensionally stable than plain Nylon, but they are abrasive, so a hardened nozzle is mandatory (see nozzle compatibility below). The ranges below are for Nylon-GF, which usually prints a little hotter than plain Nylon. Nylon-GF is best suited to stiff, heat-tolerant parts that need to hold up to impact. Brands and even individual spools vary, so treat these as starting points and run a quick temperature tower to lock in the sweet spot for your printer.

Ranges checked against Bambu Lab data. Heat resistance is the heat deflection temperature (HDT). Read our glass fiber filament guide for bed adhesion, drying, troubleshooting, and material-specific tips.

Nozzle Compatibility

Glass fiber is abrasive and wears brass (and stainless) nozzles out of round, sometimes within a single spool. Use hardened steel or another wear resistant nozzle such as ruby or tungsten carbide. With hardened steel, start about 5 to 10°C hotter than you would with brass.

Nozzle type
Hardened steel
0.2 mm
Cannot use

0.4 mm
Can use
Standard only, not high flow.
0.6 mm
Can use
Fewer clogs and less wear.
0.8 mm
