Product Details

  • 64D VS 95A: Unlike the usual TPU 95A, the TPU 64D filament has a higher hardness, so you don't have to worry about too low a hardness level that leads to problems when feeding (supports Bambu Lab AMS feed system, AMS-LITE is currently not supported)
  • CHARACTERISTICS: kexcelled 64D TPU flex filament has a certain strength and elastic deformation ability, in the abrasion, chemical corrosion, wear and other aspects of excellent performance. It has better durability than common filaments such as PLA, ABS, PETG, etc
  • High Flow TPU Filament: kexcelled TPU 64D-HF is a high-flow filament with a Shore hardness of 64D , has excellent platform adhesion ability and can be easily adhered to various materialsoutdoor applications.
  • LOW TEMPERATURE FLEXIBILITY:The 3D printing Filament (TPU 64D 1.75) can maintain good flexibility at low temperatures and can be used normally at a minimum of -50 °C. It is suitable for some cold areas
  • TANGLE-FREE DESIGN:Mechanically wound and manually inspected TPU 1.75mm filament spool prevents snapping, while wide inner diameter ensures smooth extrusion with 3D printer filament systems.

Printing kexcelled TPU

kexcelled TPU in Brown runs on the TPU profile below, and this listing is a 1kg spool. TPU is best suited to flexible, rubber-like parts such as phone cases, gaskets, and vibration dampers. Brands and even individual spools vary, so treat these as starting points and run a quick temperature tower to lock in the sweet spot for your printer.

Ranges checked against Bambu Lab and Prusa data. Heat resistance is the heat deflection temperature (HDT). Read our TPU filament guide for bed adhesion, drying, troubleshooting, and material-specific tips.

Nozzle Compatibility

Flexible filament is not abrasive, so brass and hardened steel both work. Size matters more: the higher pressure in a small nozzle makes soft filament buckle in the extruder.

Nozzle type
Brass or hardened steel
0.2 mm
Cannot use
Flexibles buckle.
0.4 mm
Can use
Fine for 95A and harder.
0.6 mm
Can use
Needed for 85A and softer.
0.8 mm
Can use
Large, fast parts.

Based on Bambu Lab and Prusa guidance. More in our nozzle types guide.
