• Printing Tips:Tips: 1. Dry before use for the highest print quality (70 °C, 8h). Printing and Keeping Container's Humidity < 20% RH (Sealed，with Desiccant). 2. Nozzle temperature: 225-245 °C. Bed Temp:45 ± 5 °C, Print Speed: <230mm/s. 3. Recommended to use hardened steel nozzles (>0.4mm,0.6mm is better) instead of ordinary brass nozzles!
• Glass Fiber Texture,Minimal Layer Lines: The surface of the TINMORRY TPU-GF model is bright and smooth overall, and the scattered carbon fibers make the surface slightly frosted and highly reflective, making the surface of the model evenly shiny and without showing layer lines, which makes the prints more delicate. Besides, TINMORRY TPU-GF is also a good choice for display items, decroations, Garage Kits and other products.
• Higher Flow, Shorter Time: Glass Fiber TPU filament is specially designed and can be printed at high speeds. At 235 °C nozzle temperature, its maximum printing speed can reach 250 mm/s (common 0.4 mm hardened still nozzle), which is the same as PLA Basic and much higher than generic TPU 95A. Therefore, when printing models with it, the time can be greatly shortened and the efficiency can be greatly improved.
• Flexible and Tough, Resistant to Impact: TPU-GF has excellent flexibility and elasticity, and can withstand strong impacts without damage. It is suitable for printing models that need to withstand dropping and collision, as well as models that play a buffering and protection role.
• Cold & Wear-Resistant, Durable: TINMORRY glass fiber TPU 3d printing filament has extraordinary cold resistance and does not become brittle at low temperatures of - 30 °C or so. Therefore, it can be used to print tools to use in outdoor snow and ice environments. In addition, it has outstanding water, oil, grease, and wear resistance and durability, so it can also be used to print shoes, tyres, water pipe seal rings, floor drains, kitchen filters and other items.
