- 【Outstanding Fatigue Life】Outstanding fatigue resistance allows printed parts to withstand repeated bending, perfect for living hinges and snap-fit assemblies.
- 【Lightweight Performance】Low-density material enables the production of lightweight components without sacrificing durability or impact resistance.
- 【Semi-Flexible Toughness】Semi-flexible mechanical properties provide a balanced combination of toughness and resilience not achievable with rigid filaments.
- 【Industrial Applications】Suitable for functional prototypes, containers, medical accessories, and industrial applications requiring long-term reliability.

Printing Reli3D PP
Reli3D PP in Black runs on the PP profile below, and this listing is a 1kg spool. PP is best suited to living hinges, snap fits and parts that must resist chemicals. Brands and even individual spools vary, so treat these as starting points and run a quick temperature tower to lock in the sweet spot for your printer.
Ranges checked against Prusa and Fiberlogy data. Heat resistance is the heat deflection temperature (HDT). Read our PP filament guide for bed adhesion, drying, troubleshooting, and material-specific tips.
Nozzle Compatibility
This is an unfilled plastic, so it is not abrasive: a brass nozzle works and lasts, and so does hardened steel. With hardened steel, print about 5 to 10°C hotter.
Based on Prusa guidance. More in our nozzle types guide.
