• HIGH-REBOUND 90A PEBA FILAMENT Delivers over 78% energy return for fast shape recovery and dynamic response, outperforming standard 95A TPU and many conventional flexible filaments. Ideal for performance footwear midsoles, sports insoles, robotics dampers, protective gear, flexible lattice structures, and airless balls. For our tested airless ball model, the double-lattice design provided better rebound and shape retention than the single-lattice version. Refer to the Product Guide for the validated model and recommended printing settings. Final rebound performance may vary depending on the model geometry, finished weight, dimensions, and print settings.
• 20% LIGHTER FOR PERFORMANCE-FOCUSED PARTS AMOLEN lightweight PEBA filament has a significantly lower density than many traditional nylon and TPU materials, helping produce strong, lightweight parts without sacrificing flexibility or durability. Ideal for drone components, custom automation fixtures, advanced sporting equipment, wearable parts, and functional prototypes where reduced weight can contribute to improved overall performance.
• NYLON-BASED TOUGHNESS & FATIGUE RESISTANCE Engineered with a durable nylon backbone and flexible elastomer segments, AMOLEN PEBA combines impact resistance, flexibility, and long-term fatigue performance. Printed parts can withstand repeated bending, compression, and loading cycles while maintaining their shape and structural integrity, making this filament suitable for demanding functional prototypes and end-use applications.
• RELIABLE PERFORMANCE IN EXTREME CONDITIONS Maintains flexibility at temperatures as low as -60°C (-76°F) and offers excellent resistance to repeated flexing, impact, oils, greases, and many common solvents. Suitable for automotive components, outdoor equipment, sporting goods, protective parts, and specialized applications exposed to cold temperatures, repeated movement, or demanding operating conditions.
• CONSISTENT PRINTING WITH PROPER SETUP Designed for smooth feeding, consistent extrusion, strong layer bonding, and minimal warping when properly dried and configured. A 0.6 mm nozzle is recommended for larger models and complex flexible structures. Dry the filament thoroughly before printing and store it in a sealed, dry environment after use. For airless balls and other rebound-focused projects, model geometry, finished weight, lattice design, temperature, speed, and material condition can all affect the final result. Consistent 1.75 mm diameter and a full 1 kg spool support multiple functional printing projects.
