Product Details
- 8-12X THE IMPACT TOUGHNESS OF PETG: Pro PCTG is the tougher, longer-lasting upgrade from PETG for functional parts that take a hit. Brackets, clips, mounts, enclosures and tool holders hold up to real use, and parts tend to break cleanly instead of shattering into sharp shards.
- BUILT FOR HEAT, SUN AND CHEMICALS: More heat resistant than PETG, about 2x as UV resistant as our Pro PETG, and resistant to gasoline, motor oil, isopropyl alcohol, bleach and common degreasers. A strong choice for automotive, garage, shop and outdoor parts.
- EASY TO DIAL IN: Print at 250-280°C nozzle and 80°C bed on textured PEI with no glue (use glue stick as a release layer on smooth PEI). No enclosure required. Free tested slicer profiles for 40+ printers from Bambu Lab, Prusa, Creality, Elegoo, Qidi, Anycubic, FlashForge and Snapmaker.
- AMS-READY SPOOL, SEALED DRY: A full 1kg on a spool sized for the Bambu Lab AMS, AMS 2 Pro and AMS HT, vacuum sealed with desiccant. Diameter held to +/- 0.02 mm for smooth, consistent feeding. Lower density than PETG means more filament per kilogram.
- MADE IN FARGO, NORTH DAKOTA, USA: Extruded in our own factory from virgin resin, with no fillers or recycled content in this spool. 3D-Fuel publishes print guides, slicer profiles and data sheets for every material, and real people answer support questions.

Printing 3D-Fuel PCTG
3D-Fuel PCTG in Blue runs on the PCTG profile below, and this listing is a 1kg spool. PCTG is best suited to tough, clear functional parts that need more impact resistance than PETG. Brands and even individual spools vary, so treat these as starting points and run a quick temperature tower to lock in the sweet spot for your printer.
Ranges checked against Fiberlogy, 3D-Fuel and Essentium data. Heat resistance is the heat deflection temperature (HDT). Read our PCTG filament guide for bed adhesion, drying, troubleshooting, and material-specific tips.
Nozzle Compatibility
This is an unfilled plastic, so it is not abrasive: a brass nozzle works and lasts, and so does hardened steel. With hardened steel, print about 5 to 10°C hotter.
Based on Prusa guidance. More in our nozzle types guide.
