Product Details
- ①【High Strength and Impact Resistance】- SUNLU EASY PA has tensile strength and bending strength exceeding that of regular PLA/ABS, ensuring durability.
- ②【Excellent Drop Resistance】- PA 3D printer filament resists damage from abrasion and friction, it very suitable for high-stress parts such as gears and bearings, and has excellent drop resistance.
- ③【Low Shrinkage & Warp-Free】- Nylon 6/66 copolymer formula minimizes shrinkage during printing, preventing warping and cracking for complex geometries with reliable dimensional accuracy.
- ④【High-Temperature Resistance】- EASY PA has a heat deflection temperature of 121°C, ensuring stability in harsh environments (such as engine compartments, electronic equipment housings), and its performance is better than regular filament.
- ⑤【Exceptional Layer Adhesion】- Carbon fiber reinforcement enhances interlayer bonding, reducing delamination and fatigue—perfect for dynamic parts like drone arms or robotic joints.

Printing SUNLU PC-ABS
SUNLU PC-ABS in Black runs on the PC-ABS profile below, and this listing is a 1kg spool. PC-ABS is best suited to high-strength, heat-resistant engineering parts; PC-ABS/PC-GF/PC-CF blends print easier than pure PC at some cost to peak performance. Brands and even individual spools vary, so treat these as starting points and run a quick temperature tower to lock in the sweet spot for your printer.
Ranges checked against Bambu Lab, Prusament and Polymaker data. Heat resistance is the heat deflection temperature (HDT). Read our Polycarbonate (PC) filament guide for bed adhesion, drying, troubleshooting, and material-specific tips.
Nozzle Compatibility
This is an unfilled plastic, so it is not abrasive: a brass nozzle works and lasts, and so does hardened steel. With hardened steel, print about 5 to 10°C hotter.
Based on Bambu Lab and Prusa guidance. More in our nozzle types guide.
