Product Details

  • Translucent Gradient PETG Filament: Sovol Translucent Gradient silk PETG Filament provides single color gradient effect. Its good light transmittance brings you better printing experience. It is a must-have when you print a lampshade. Less filler is recommended, that results in a brighter, glossier finish
  • Imported PETG Raw Material: The raw material comes from the US, and it has been developed and modulated to show a charming gloss on the PETG. No jam, no bubbles, no tangle, and no layer line. With perfect first layer adhesion to reduce warpage, shrinkage, curl and print failure
  • Easy to Print: The diameter tolerance of this 1.75 PLA filament is +/- 0.03mm. More stable diameter tolerance of 3D printer filament would bring you smoother 3D printing experience. Universal compatibility with most FDM 3D printers and 3D Pens
  • PETG absorbs moisture more easily than PLA. Controlling the moisture content of the PETG material is critical for 3D printing because the PETG molecular structure automatically tends to dehydrate even when the vacuum package is not opened. Please use it within 24 hours of the day after opening the package. Otherwise, please dry it at 70℃ for more than 3 hours
  • Please closely observe whether the first layer of prints is well adhered. Once printing failure, please restart printing. When printing the first few layers of the prints, the cooling fan must be turned off.

Printing Sovol PETG

Sovol PETG in Green runs on the standard PETG profile below, and this listing is a 1.00kg spool. PETG is best suited to functional parts that need toughness and the light outdoor or higher-heat use PLA can't handle. Brands and even individual spools vary, so treat these as starting points and run a quick temperature tower to lock in the sweet spot for your printer.
