Product Details

  • What Conductive ABS Really Does? ABS conductive filament is designed to provide external protection for internal conductive systems. It creates a low-resistance environment for static dissipation and electromagnetic shielding, helping to minimize interference from surrounding insulating materials.
  • Reliable Conductivity for ESD Protection: With a stable volume resistivity of 20,000  Ω·cm, YXPOLYER ABS Conductive filament is optimized for ESD-safe applications, slowly dissipating static charge without shorting electronic components.
  • Stronger than PLA: Compared to conductive PLA, conductive ABS offers lower resistivity, higher strength, better heat resistance, and improved durability, making it the superior choice for functional, engineering-grade applications requiring both conductivity and toughness.
  • Easy to Print with Conductive Fillers: Made with conductive particles like carbon nanotubes or metal powder. Prints well at 220–260 °C on most standard FDM printers. Good flow and easy shaping for stable, reliable results. We’ve tested it on Bambu Lab printers with great results and shared the best settings for reference, but please adjust based on your own printer.
  • Strong Bonding and Toughness: This conductive ABS sticks well between layers and is stronger than PLA. It doesn’t crack or break easily, even in large or detailed prints. Great for making strong and long-lasting parts that need to conduct electricity.
  • Recommended for flexible circuits, sensors, EMI shielding, and wearable devices. Suitable for low-current, static-dissipative, or shielding functions—not for carrying electrical current.
  • Moisture-Controlled Printing: For best results, dry the filament at 65–75°C for 6–8 hours before printing and store it in a dry box after opening. Proper drying helps improve extrusion stability, surface finish, layer bonding, and conductivity consistency.
  • Enclosure & Hardened Nozzle Recommended: Prints best on enclosed FDM printers with a heated bed and hardened steel nozzle. Conductive fillers may be abrasive, so a wear-resistant nozzle and proper ABS settings are recommended for reliable functional prints.

Printing yxpolyer ABS

yxpolyer ABS in Black runs on the standard ABS profile below, and this listing is a 1.00kg spool. ABS is best suited to durable, heat-resistant parts like enclosures and automotive components printed in a controlled chamber. Brands and even individual spools vary, so treat these as starting points and run a quick temperature tower to lock in the sweet spot for your printer.
