Product Details

  • High Strength and Stiffness - Reinforced with glass fibers, ELEGOO PETG-GF offers greater strength and rigidity than regular PETG, with excellent creep resistance for long-term load-bearing parts
  • Non-Conductive Performance - PETG-GF filament offers excellent electrical insulation, ensuring safe and reliable use in housings, insulators, and other components that require consistent, non-conductive protection
  • Premium Matte Finish - ELEGOO PETG-GF brings a beautiful matte finish to your prints with less visible layer lines, thanks to added glass fibers for a more refined finish
  • Durability & Reliability – ELEGOO PETG-GF 3d printer filament delivers excellent toughness and long-term durability, making it a great choice for printing everyday tools, functional parts, and household items that need to withstand repeated use and stress

Printing ELEGOO PETG-GF

ELEGOO PETG-GF in Grey is PETG filled with chopped glass fiber, and this listing is a 0.5kg spool. The fibers make parts stiffer and more dimensionally stable than plain PETG, but they are abrasive, so a hardened nozzle is mandatory (see nozzle compatibility below). The ranges below are for PETG-GF, which usually prints a little hotter than plain PETG. PETG-GF is best suited to stiff, stable functional parts that handle knocks better than carbon fiber grades. Brands and even individual spools vary, so treat these as starting points and run a quick temperature tower to lock in the sweet spot for your printer.

Nozzle Compatibility

Glass fiber is abrasive and wears brass (and stainless) nozzles out of round, sometimes within a single spool. Use hardened steel or another wear resistant nozzle such as ruby or tungsten carbide. With hardened steel, start about 5 to 10°C hotter than you would with brass.
