Product Details

  • Exceptional Heat Resistance: ABS 3D Printing Filament is engineered to withstand high temperatures, making it ideal for projects that require heat resistance and durability
  • Impact Strength and Toughness: ABS filament can withstand a certain amount of pressure without being easily deformed or broken, and can resist surface damage such as friction and scratches, allowing the product to remain intact in appearance even after long-term use.
  • High Compatibility: Strong and durable ABS filament is engineering thermoplastic. Suitable for printing parts with higher requirements for resistance to heat, such as industrial machinery parts, model machinery, electronic appliances and instrumentation.
  • Important Note To prevent tangling, pass the filament through the fixed hole after use. Note that 1.75mm ABS filament requires a heat bed and a suitable printing surface to minimize warping. Large prints may warp in standard printers, and the odor during printing is stronger than PLA. Using a raft or brim and reducing the initial layer speed can help mitigate warping.
  • Multiple Colors Are Available: Provides multiple color options to meet different printing needs of users, allowing users to choose according to preference and project requirements.

Printing Comgrow ABS

Comgrow ABS in Grey runs on the ABS profile below, and this listing is a 1kg spool. ABS is best suited to durable, heat-resistant parts like enclosures and automotive components printed in a controlled chamber. Brands and even individual spools vary, so treat these as starting points and run a quick temperature tower to lock in the sweet spot for your printer.

Ranges checked against Bambu Lab, Prusa and Polymaker data. Heat resistance is the heat deflection temperature (HDT). Read our ABS & ASA filament guide for bed adhesion, drying, troubleshooting, and material-specific tips.

Nozzle Compatibility

This is an unfilled plastic, so it is not abrasive: a brass nozzle works and lasts, and so does hardened steel. With hardened steel, print about 5 to 10°C hotter.
