Product Details
- Exceptional strength and toughness: ERYONE glass fiber PA6 nylon filament ensures reliability in demanding 3D printing applications. Ideal for professional users looking for superior durability.
- Low friction and abrasion resistance: ERYONE glass fiber PA6 nylon filament has a low friction coefficient. Perfect for parts with constant movement and provides longer wear resistance.
- High tensile strength and elasticity: ERYONE glass fiber PA6 nylon filament offers a combination of strength and flexibility. Allows you to create sturdy and flexible objects with a smooth, silky surface.
- Preserved freshness through vacuum sealed packaging: ERYONE glass fiber PA6 nylon filament preserves the integrity of the filament through vacuum sealed packaging. Ensures each spool arrives in optimal condition for reliable 3D printing.
- Printing Tips: The abrasive texture of glass fiber accelerates the wear of brass nozzles. When working with glass fiber materials, it is highly recommended to use nozzles made of hardened alloys such as stainless steel to reduce the impact of wear.

Printing ERYONE Nylon-GF
ERYONE Nylon-GF in Black is Nylon filled with chopped glass fiber, and this listing is a 1kg spool. The fibers make parts stiffer and more dimensionally stable than plain Nylon, but they are abrasive, so a hardened nozzle is mandatory (see nozzle compatibility below). The ranges below are for Nylon-GF, which usually prints a little hotter than plain Nylon. Nylon-GF is best suited to stiff, heat-tolerant parts that need to hold up to impact. Brands and even individual spools vary, so treat these as starting points and run a quick temperature tower to lock in the sweet spot for your printer.
Ranges checked against Bambu Lab data. Heat resistance is the heat deflection temperature (HDT). Read our glass fiber filament guide for bed adhesion, drying, troubleshooting, and material-specific tips.
Nozzle Compatibility
Glass fiber is abrasive and wears brass (and stainless) nozzles out of round, sometimes within a single spool. Use hardened steel or another wear resistant nozzle such as ruby or tungsten carbide. With hardened steel, start about 5 to 10°C hotter than you would with brass.
Based on Bambu Lab and Prusa guidance. More in our glass fiber filament guide and nozzle types guide.
