Product Details

  • [High-Strength and Lightweight] ERYONE ASA cf filament combines ASA with carbon fiber for a lightweight yet strong material, perfect for demanding structural prints requiring durability and rigidity.
  • [Exceptional Resistance] ERYONE ASA carbon fiber filament offers high resistance to heat, chemicals, and weather, this makes it suitable for outdoor prints such as signage and marine accessories.
  • [Printing Recommendations] Due to the abrasive nature of carbon fiber, brass nozzles may wear out; using hardened steel nozzles is recommended. Enclosed 3D printers are advised to maintain a stable temperature for optimal printing results.
  • [Vacuum-Sealed Packaging] Dried and vacuum-sealed with desiccants before packaging to prevent moisture absorption, ensuring smoother and more reliable printing.
  • [Reliable Customer Support] ERYONE team provides excellent customer service, ready to assist with your questions or concerns to ensure a hassle-free experience.

Printing ERYONE ASA-CF

ERYONE ASA-CF in Grey is ASA filled with chopped carbon fiber, and this listing is a 1kg spool. The fibers make parts stiffer and more dimensionally stable than plain ASA, but they are abrasive, so a hardened nozzle is mandatory (see nozzle compatibility below). Few makers publish separate ASA-CF settings, so the ranges below are for plain ASA; expect to print toward the top of them. Brands and even individual spools vary, so treat these as starting points and run a quick temperature tower to lock in the sweet spot for your printer.

Nozzle Compatibility

Carbon fiber is abrasive and wears brass (and stainless) nozzles out of round, sometimes within a single spool. Use hardened steel or another wear resistant nozzle such as ruby or tungsten carbide. With hardened steel, start about 5 to 10°C hotter than you would with brass.
