Product Details

  • Material Composition: Creality PPA-CF 3d printer filament uses smart fiber reinforcement technology with 15% carbon fibers to form a strong internal structure
  • Mechanical Strength: PPA-CF filament has quasi-metallic strength properties, 48% stronger than ordinary PA6-CF filament, excellent warping resistance, no warping or deformation problems when printing large-sized parts, and can meet the needs of high-performance engineering
  • Moisture Stability: Printed models can be used stably in humid or even underwater environments. Printed models can be used stably in humid environments or even underwater for a long period of time, and can maintain their stiffness and thermal properties for a long time
  • Temperature Resistance: excellent heat resistance, can maintain structural integrity and performance at 220°C for a long time, suitable for extreme high temperature parts
  • 3D Printer Compatibility: Suitable for 3d printers compatible with PPA-CF, etc., requiring only sealed print space and hardened steel nozzles, with little difficulty in printing
  • Application Scenario: The performance of printed parts is comparable to the original, suitable for professional repair, can replace automotive and industrial parts, also suitable for waterproof models, such as printing propellers, customized surfboards and so on

Nozzle Compatibility

Carbon fiber is abrasive and wears brass (and stainless) nozzles out of round, sometimes within a single spool. Use hardened steel or another wear resistant nozzle such as ruby or tungsten carbide. With hardened steel, start about 5 to 10°C hotter than you would with brass.

Nozzle type
Hardened steel
0.2 mm
Cannot use
Fibers clog it.
0.4 mm
Can use
Standard only, not high flow.
0.6 mm
Can use
Fewer clogs and less wear.
0.8 mm
Can use
Large, fast parts.
