Product Details
- EASY, RELIABLE EVERYDAY PLA: Standard PLA+ is our go-to PLA for prototypes, models, display pieces, organizers, cosplay and multi-color prints. It prints smoothly with a glossy finish and barely any smell, and it is safe to print indoors under normal use.
- PRINT SETTINGS THAT WORK: 220-250°C nozzle (start at 240°C on fast modern printers, 230°C on slower ones) and 0-60°C bed, 60°C recommended. Runs from 60 to 250 mm/s. Generic PLA profiles at 200-215°C run too cold. Free tested profiles for Bambu Lab printers and the Snapmaker U1, and built into PrusaSlicer. Charge Glow in the Dark prints with strong UV light; thicker walls glow longer.
- 100% VIRGIN NATUREWORKS INGEO 4043D: No fillers or stretchers, and diameter is laser measured and held to +/- 0.02 mm for consistent extrusion. Need more? Tough Pro PLA+ is 8.8x tougher in our drop test, and Pro PCTG handles outdoor and high-heat parts.
- 4KG SPOOL FOR LONG RUNS: Fewer spool changes for print farms and big jobs, vacuum sealed with desiccant. Stored sealed and dry, it keeps for years. If a spool has been open a while, dry it at 50°C for 6-8 hours.
- MADE IN FARGO, NORTH DAKOTA, USA: Extruded in our own factory and available in a wide range of colors. 3D-Fuel publishes print profiles, guides and data sheets for every material, and real people answer support questions.

Printing 3D-Fuel PLA Plus
3D-Fuel PLA Plus in Glow runs on the PLA Plus profile below, and this listing is a 4kg spool. PLA Plus is best suited to everyday parts that need a little more toughness than standard PLA, with the same heat limits. Brands and even individual spools vary, so treat these as starting points and run a quick temperature tower to lock in the sweet spot for your printer.
Ranges checked against eSUN and Polymaker data. Heat resistance is the heat deflection temperature (HDT). Read our PLA variants guide for bed adhesion, drying, troubleshooting, and material-specific tips.
Nozzle Compatibility
This listing includes glow-in-the-dark filament. The phosphorescent pigment that makes it glow is hard and wears brass nozzles quickly, even though the filament looks like ordinary plastic. Use hardened steel or another wear resistant nozzle, starting about 5 to 10°C hotter than with brass.
Based on Bambu Lab, Polymaker and eSUN guidance. More in our nozzle types guide.
