Product Details
- 【Crystal Purple Luminous Appearance】MEUYMEU glow in the dark PLA+ combines a crystal-like Purple appearance with a luminous effect for creative daytime and nighttime printing. After absorbing light, printed models become visibly luminous in darker surroundings, giving the same project a different look when the lights are turned off. This luminous PLA+ is especially suitable for fantasy dragons, crystals, potion bottles, moons, stars, flowers, jewelry boxes, character figures, ornaments, and other decorative models where Purple color and glow effects can work together
- 【Light-Activated Glow】 MEUYMEU glow in the dark filament absorbs energy from sunlight, UV light, or other strong light sources. For a more noticeable glow in the dark appearance, expose the filament or finished model to bright daylight or UV light for about 30 minutes before viewing it in darkness. Stronger light and sufficient exposure can create a more visible glow brighter effect. Wall thickness, model structure, and material usage may also affect brightness and glow duration. The luminous effect gradually fades over time and can be reactivated with additional light exposure
- 【Stable Diameter & Controlled Winding】 MEUYMEU PLA+ filament uses a standard 1.75mm diameter with ±0.03mm dimensional accuracy to help support consistent feeding and extrusion. The spool is neatly wound to reduce line crossing, tangling, and unexpected feeding interruptions. As the filament releases from the spool, it feeds steadily toward the extruder for a smoother printing process. The combination of stable diameter and organized winding makes this 3d printing filament suitable for detailed fantasy models, decorative pieces, and projects that require longer printing sessions
- 【More Material for Larger Glow Prints】 The 1KG MEUYMEU PLA+ 3d printer filament spool provides enough material for larger models, longer print sessions, and repeated projects without frequent spool changes. Crystal Purple 3d printer filament PLA+ can be used for large dragons, fantasy statues, moon lamps, masks, cosplay accessories, decorative vases, castle models, signs, and multi-piece assemblies. The full-size spool is especially practical when several matching Purple luminous parts need to be printed for the same project
- 【Moisture-Protected Packaging】 MEUYMEU filament PLA+ is vacuum-sealed with desiccant to help limit exposure to moisture, dust, and contaminants during transportation and storage. Keeping the 3d printer filament properly stored helps reduce moisture-related bubbles, uneven extrusion, and feeding issues. After opening, store the filament in a sealed container when not in use, and if it has been stored for an extended period, dry it before printing to help maintain stable performance
- 【Recommended Printing Settings】For MEUYMEU PLA+ filament, the recommended nozzle temperature is 200°C-220°C, printing speed is 0-300mm/s, and heated bed temperature is 0°C-60°C. These values can be used as a starting range and adjusted according to printer type, nozzle size, layer height, model structure, and printing environment. Crystal Purple glow in the dark filament works naturally for Halloween witches, potion bottles, ghosts, bats, haunted castle details, fantasy creatures, masks, and magical decorations. It can also be used for stars, ornaments, and personalized night-themed projects

Printing Meuymeu PLA Plus
Meuymeu PLA Plus in Glow runs on the PLA Plus profile below, and this listing is a 1kg spool. PLA Plus is best suited to everyday parts that need a little more toughness than standard PLA, with the same heat limits. Brands and even individual spools vary, so treat these as starting points and run a quick temperature tower to lock in the sweet spot for your printer.
Ranges checked against eSUN and Polymaker data. Heat resistance is the heat deflection temperature (HDT). Read our PLA variants guide for bed adhesion, drying, troubleshooting, and material-specific tips.
Nozzle Compatibility
This listing includes glow-in-the-dark filament. The phosphorescent pigment that makes it glow is hard and wears brass nozzles quickly, even though the filament looks like ordinary plastic. Use hardened steel or another wear resistant nozzle, starting about 5 to 10°C hotter than with brass.
Based on Bambu Lab, Polymaker and eSUN guidance. More in our nozzle types guide.
