Product Details
- 【More Powerful Physical and Mechanical Properties】Perfect balance of strength, adhesion and speed, Creality Hyper PLA-CF possesses 30% higher mechanical properties than PLA in terms of flexural strength, flexural modulus, and impact strength.
- 【Higher Toughness】With higher tensile strength than ABS and higher toughness than traditional PLA, Hyper Series PLA brings better structural bearing capacity to the printed models.
- 【Environmentally friendly】Hyper PLA Filament selects high-quality raw materials to provide excellent printing performance and printing effect. The packaging uses paper trays and environmentally friendly boxes, reducing carbon emissions.
- 【Dimensional Accuracy & Consistency】Based on two-way laser diameter measurement, the filament diameter accuracy is 1.75±0.03mm, which makes it flow out more smoothly.
- 【Wide Compatibility】Due to high-quality standards in manufacturing precision and small size tolerance of +/- 0.03mm, our filaments have universal compatibility with most 1.75mm FDM 3D printers on the market. Examples: MK3, Ender 3, Ender 3 V3 SE, Ender 3 V3 KE, Ender 3 V3, K1, K1 Max, K1C and other 3D printers.

Printing Creality PLA-CF
Creality PLA-CF in Matte Black is PLA filled with chopped carbon fiber, and this listing is a 2kg spool. The fibers make parts stiffer and more dimensionally stable than plain PLA, but they are abrasive, so a hardened nozzle is mandatory (see nozzle compatibility below). The ranges below are for PLA-CF, which usually prints a little hotter than plain PLA. PLA-CF is best suited to stiff, matte display pieces, desk and camera accessories, and light-duty brackets that never see heat. Brands and even individual spools vary, so treat these as starting points and run a quick temperature tower to lock in the sweet spot for your printer.
Ranges checked against Bambu Lab and Polymaker data. Heat resistance is the heat deflection temperature (HDT). Read our carbon fiber filament guide for bed adhesion, drying, troubleshooting, and material-specific tips.
Nozzle Compatibility
Carbon fiber is abrasive and wears brass (and stainless) nozzles out of round, sometimes within a single spool. Use hardened steel or another wear resistant nozzle such as ruby or tungsten carbide. With hardened steel, start about 5 to 10°C hotter than you would with brass.
Based on Bambu Lab and Prusa guidance. More in our carbon fiber filament guide and nozzle types guide.
