Product Details
- 77D VS 64D: kexcelled TPU 77D filament is a high hardness, semi-rigid thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer material. It has a higher hardness than 64D and also supports the AMS feeding system (AMS Lite is not supported yet)
- CHARACTERISTICS: Kexcelled white TPU 77D has high hardness, medium strength (close to ABS), some elasticity, and excellent impact, abrasion, chemical, weather and heat resistance
- HIGH ADHESION: 3D printer filament TPU 77D has excellent platform adhesion ability and can be easily adhered to various materials such as glass and PC
- LOW TEMPERATURE FLEXIBILITY:The 3D printing Filament (TPU 77D 1.75) can maintain good flexibility at low temperatures and can be used normally at a minimum of -50 °C. It is suitable for some cold areas
- TANGLE-FREE DESIGN:Mechanically wound and manually inspected TPU 1.75mm filament spool prevents snapping, while wide inner diameter ensures smooth extrusion with 3D printer filament systems.

Printing kexcelled TPU
kexcelled TPU in White runs on the TPU profile below, and this listing is a 1kg spool. TPU is best suited to flexible, rubber-like parts such as phone cases, gaskets, and vibration dampers. Brands and even individual spools vary, so treat these as starting points and run a quick temperature tower to lock in the sweet spot for your printer.
Ranges checked against Bambu Lab and Prusa data. Heat resistance is the heat deflection temperature (HDT). Read our TPU filament guide for bed adhesion, drying, troubleshooting, and material-specific tips.
Nozzle Compatibility
Flexible filament is not abrasive, so brass and hardened steel both work. Size matters more: the higher pressure in a small nozzle makes soft filament buckle in the extruder.
