Product Details

  • Excellent Strength: Adopting glass fiber reinforcement technology, significantly improving tensile strength and bending strength, ensuring the stability and durability of printed parts under high loads. Contains 10% glass fiber, with stronger characteristics than ABS carbon fiber.
  • Heat Resistance: ERYONE ABS glass fiber material has a high thermal deformation temperature and can maintain its shape and performance in high temperature environments. Ensure the reliability and safety of the product
  • Lightweight design: The characteristics of lightweight materials enable printed components to maintain strength while reducing overall weight and warping, making them suitable for applications in multiple industries.
  • Easy to process: The material has excellent printing performance, reducing the risk of warping and deformation during the printing process. Strong post-processing capability, users can easily perform polishing, painting, and other processing
  • Widely applicable fields: Whether it is manufacturing complex mechanical components or designing high-performance consumer goods, ABS fiberglass material is suitable for most printers and is an ideal choice for 3D printing.

Printing ERYONE ABS-GF

ERYONE ABS-GF in White is ABS filled with chopped glass fiber, and this listing is a 1kg spool. The fibers make parts stiffer and more dimensionally stable than plain ABS, but they are abrasive, so a hardened nozzle is mandatory (see nozzle compatibility below). The ranges below are for ABS-GF, which usually prints a little hotter than plain ABS. ABS-GF is best suited to stiff, heat-resistant parts with less warping than plain ABS. Brands and even individual spools vary, so treat these as starting points and run a quick temperature tower to lock in the sweet spot for your printer.

Ranges checked against Bambu Lab data. Heat resistance is the heat deflection temperature (HDT). Read our glass fiber filament guide for bed adhesion, drying, troubleshooting, and material-specific tips.

Nozzle Compatibility

Glass fiber is abrasive and wears brass (and stainless) nozzles out of round, sometimes within a single spool. Use hardened steel or another wear resistant nozzle such as ruby or tungsten carbide. With hardened steel, start about 5 to 10°C hotter than you would with brass.

Nozzle type
Hardened steel
0.2 mm
Cannot use
Fibers clog it.
0.4 mm
Can use
Standard only, not high flow.
0.6 mm
Can use
Fewer clogs and less wear.
0.8 mm
Can use
Large, fast parts.
