Product Details
- 1. Polyamide 6 is a thermoplastic with excellent strength, chemical resistance, heat resistance, impact resistance, and low warpage. Its blend of flexibility and impact resistance makes it suitable for functional parts, gears, bearings, tool handles, mechanical components, and prototypes.
- 2. ERYONE PA6 filament requires maintaining a high temperature and low humidity during printing. Using a closed printer for printing can maintain a relatively stable printing environment.
- 3. Proper storage and drying are crucial, as PA6 filament is highly sensitive to humidity. Filament comes in vacuum sealed packaging. To achieve optimal printing performance, we recommend thorough drying before use and after storage. Printing with a filament drying box ensures a high success rate.
- 4. Recommended Print Settings: Nozzle Temperature: 250℃-280℃. Bed Temperature: 100℃-120℃. Print Speed: 30-50 mm/s. Filament Dimensional Accuracy: +/- 0.03 mm. Note: Using a glue stick can improve bed adhesion.
- 5. The above print settings are provided as a guide. ERYONE offers excellent online customer support. If you encounter any printing issues, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team for assistance.

Printing ERYONE Nylon
ERYONE Nylon in White runs on the Nylon profile below, and this listing is a 1kg spool. Nylon is best suited to tough, wear-resistant mechanical parts like gears, hinges, and high-heat brackets. Brands and even individual spools vary, so treat these as starting points and run a quick temperature tower to lock in the sweet spot for your printer.
Ranges checked against Bambu Lab, Prusa and Polymaker data. Heat resistance is the heat deflection temperature (HDT). Read our Nylon filament guide for bed adhesion, drying, troubleshooting, and material-specific tips.
Nozzle Compatibility
This is an unfilled plastic, so it is not abrasive: a brass nozzle works and lasts, and so does hardened steel. With hardened steel, print about 5 to 10°C hotter.
Based on Bambu Lab and Prusa guidance. More in our nozzle types guide.
